1. Breakfast (125 GTQ per person - minimum of 4 people)

you can order your breakfast with us, to your space.

at this point we offer all is homemade and or locally sources. we focus on using organic, pasture-raised and local ingredients to ensure the most nutritional value for you.

• traditional breakfast: scrambled eggs, avocado, pico de gallo, local fresh cheese, refried beans, local homemade black corn tortilla

• vegan, and glutenfree fluffy pancakes garnished with banana, maple syrup & edible flowers

• local fruit assembly plate

All breakfasts are served with either a juice, refresco (for example traditional hibiscus refresher/ or homemade lemonade), herbal tea from our gardens or coffee from our family.

2. Lunch & Dinner (minimum of 4 people)

We are happy to serve you Lunch & Dinner during your stay. We require a minimum of 4 people for the chef to prepare you meals (note we are not an open restaurant, so the chef will cook for you exclusively).

• Oven Roasted Pasture-Raised Chicken | PRICE p.P. 160 GTQ

  with rosemary, garlic and onion marinade, with selected spiced stir fried vegetables (i.e. sweet potato, cauliflower/ broccoli, carrot, zucchini), house salad (massaged cabbage, grated cucumber, radish & pepper with our homemade house dressing) on a bed of quinoa

• Oven Roasted Wild caught Line Caught Fish | PRICE p.P. 175 GTQ (upon availability)

  with steamed vegetables (carrots, broccoli, heirloom corn, guiskil) and our homemade tahini dressing & house salad on a bed of rice

• Carne Estofado de Res (Pasture-Raised Beef Stew) | PRICE p.P. 185 GTQ

  cooked in onion & carrot ragout with ghee, garnished with avocado & pickled zucchini, side house salad, served on a bed of rice

• Pepiàn | Local traditional dish with pasture raised chicken| PRICE p.P. 165 GTQ

  cooked in secret local sauce featuring pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, tomatoes and other special spices, with steamed vegetables, house salad, served on a bed of rice and or with black corn tortillas

• Quinoa Buddha Bowl | PRICE p.P. 150 GTQ

  with homemade Tahini Dressing: Organic Quinoa bed topped with, avocado, coriander sweet potatoes, beet salad, homemade chickpeas and local goat cheese. sprinkled with black sesame seeds, organic virgin olive oil, served with tahini dressing.

3. Sauna | GTQ 200 p.P.

you are welcome to book our sauna, its a local style mayan sauna (TUJ). Its heated traditional style with wood, so please give us at least 3 hours notice before you’ll want to use it, so we can make sure to have it ready for you in time.

What you’ll receive with your sauna reservation:

• sauna towel

• scrub to open your pores to amplify the sauna benefits

• plant infused bath to pour onto the stones in the sauna

Note: sauna towels need to be returned after use.

4. PaddleBoard | no charge

Enjoy a ride on the lake with our paddle boards. Here are the rules of usage:

• notify Pablo (our guardian) that you’ll be using the paddle board.

• after use, please return the paddle board and paddle. NEVER leave unattended at lakefront, outside of the property gates.

• you are responsible for replacing any lost or damaged items.

5. Private Boat or Car

We are happy to support you in booking a private boat or car during your stay with us. Please inquire via email so we can provide your with pricing and availability specific to your needs.

6. Cleaning Services

Monthly rentals include weekly maid service, in which we will change your sheets and towels. Additional cleaning can be provided for a fee of $15. Change of towels is $10.

7. Obligations of the renter

• The renter agrees to take the rented premises as they find them on arrival.

• Furniture and moveable objects must only sustain depreciation from the normal use for which they are designed. Those that are, on expiration of this agreement, missing or made unusable for a reason other than normal use, must be paid for or replaced by the renter with the consent of the property management. If appropriate, the following will be retained:

• A | the value of broken or cracked objects;

• B | the cost of washing or cleaning rugs, blankets, mattresses, bedding, etc., that have been stained.

• The renter agrees to use furniture and fittings in the rented property for their intended use and in the place they are located. He formally agrees to refrain from moving them outside the rented premises.

• The renter agrees to refrain from disposing of objects likely to obstruct drainage (washbasin, bathtub, bidet, sink, toilet, etc) in default of which he will be liable to pay the costs occasioned to restore them to service.

• The renter may not, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES sub-rent or transfer his rights under this agreement without the expressed consent of property management, and they must occupy the rented premises for residential purposes (unless otherwise agreed).

• The renter must allow urgent works to be carried out in the rented premises necessary to maintain them.

8. The owner’s responsibility

The owner cannot be held responsible for the temporary defect of equipment, for water leaks, for electricity power cuts, for a water reduction cuts through no fault of his/her own, for loss, breakage or injury due to weather conditions, riot, strike or any other circumstances specified under FORCE MAJEUR in the rental contract.

In the case that the rental is destroyed or considerably damaged before the beginning of the rental, the renter will be notified by e-mail and completely reimbursed as soon as possible.
